The Fundamentals – Session 3
Join us for Session 3 of the Fundamentals.
In session 3, we explore the pause. Expanding on proper breathing requires a pause after each breath in and breath out. We focus on proper breathing based from Patrick McKeown’s book, The Oxygen Advantage, where he goes in great depth to show us how to breathe properly for our best health in everything we do. The pause allows us to stop in order to take notice of the breath, the busy mind and allows us to reset ourselves. Helping us to refocus can create an openness to be fully in the moment. The pause is an important part of meditation. Yet another step to build on our Fundamentals at BOLDFISH Mind.

Stephanie is a happy Mother to two amazing girls. She has been an enthusiastic learner about Eastern Philosophy and Religions for over 30 years. Her training is in Physical Therapy with a passion for high-level functioning in our environment. Among her fondest childhood memories, playing outside in nature and exploring standout most. She was fortunate to have been an early traveler with her family since her Dad was a pilot, which has made her always curious about meeting different people and their cultures. She is always striving to be mindful in any way and loves starting her day with Buddhist practice, meditation, yoga, and functional training.
