Tech/Life Balance – The Commitment
Who has time to meditate? Isn’t that only what yogis and monks do? To answer my own question, no. In our world, some may tend to think that sitting to care for yourself is selfish. We tend to view rest as lazy since there are so many things to get done. Wouldn’t it feel a whole lot better to have less stress, an ability to notice your breath, and how you should be breathing for yourself? Having overall more clarity and a calmer mind sounds like a dream. It’s attainable if we commit to a small amount of time every day to stop, do nothing and train your mind.
